HP Mopup Round of Counselling MBBS BDS Course 2018 Postponed New Date will Reveal

Pursuant to the directions conveyed by the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Department of Medical Education( vide letter no.HFW-B(E)3-38/2018 dated 24th August 2018 and subsequent letter no.HFW(DME)H(III)G-301/10-Vol-IX dated 25th August 2018 of the Director Medical Education & Research HP the Mopup Round of Counselling scheduled to be held on 27-08-2018 for filling up vacant seats of MBBS/BDS is hereby postponed till further directions from the state government.

The revised schedule for Mop-up round of counselling shall be uploaded shortly on University website www.hpuniv.nic.in. The candidates concerned are advised to remain in touch with the website of university for latest updates from time to time.

Besides this, the candidates who are interested for seeking admission to BDS course only against vacant under seats under State/Management quota in the private dental colleges situated in the state of HP pursuant to the notice dated 23-08-2018 can apply on the prescrpibed application form to uploaded on the University website upto 27-08-2018 upto 5PM by sending email the copy of application form and result card of NEET UG 2018.

However the original application form along with requisite certificates and Bank draft of fee shall be deposited personally on the day of counselling at 10AM in the office of the Assistant Registrar (Ent.Tests) HP University Shimala 5 which will be notified in due course of time. Candidates who are already in the waiting list by virtue of second round of counselling are no need to apply afresh.
