Eligibility Conditions

Age Limit As on 01.10.2018 (15-24 Years)
The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Minimum Educational Qualification & Training Period

Fitter, Electrician & Machinist	Should have passed Std X (wit min of 50% marks) with science & maths under 10+2 system or its equivalent and also posses National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training	1 Year
Carpenter, Welder, MMTM (Mechanic Machine Tool Maintaince)	Class X under 10+2 system or its equivalent and Trade National Certificate in the notified trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training	1 year
Programming and System Admin Asst	Passed Std X with min 50% marks and posses National Trade certificate in trade of Computer Operator and Programming asst issued by National Council for vocational training	1 year
Freshers	Qualification	Period of Training
MLT (Radiology & Pathology)	Pass Std XII exam under 10+2 system with physics, chemistry & biology	6 Months
Fitter, Electrician, Machinist	Pass Std X with Science & Maths under 10+2 system or its equivalent with min 50% aggregate marks	2 years
Carpenter & Painter	Should have passed Std X under 10+2 system or its equivalent (with min 50% aggregate marks)	2 years
Welder	Must have passed Std X under 10+2 system under or its equivalent	1 year 3 months

Rate of Stipend
Fresher’s
During the 1st year – Rs.5700/- pm (incl MLT trainees)
During the 2nd year – Rs.6500/- pm
During the 3rd year – Rs.7350/- pm
Ex-ITI candidates : The Period of training undergone in the ITI shall be taken into account for the purpose of determining the rate of stipend payable which will be the same as above

Integral Coach Factory Apprentice Result- Mode of Selection

a) Mode of Consideration : The eligible applicants called in order of marks obtained in Std X and ITI
b) Consideration when marks are equal: If marks same, older age preference, if age also same std x passed earlier preference
c) Allotment of Trade : Freshers will have option to select trade, For Ex-ITI quota they will be trained at in the trade in which they are possessing
d) Standard Physical Fitness: The candidate should be physically fit as per the conditions applicable under Apprentice Act 1961

Terms & Conditions
a) Higher Qualification: Candidates higher qualification Engineering degree or Engineering Diploma are not eligible to apply
b) Transfer Certificate: Original TC must submit at the time of document verification
c) Commencing of Training: The apprentice training will commence on 1st October 2018
