Online Counselling Procedure

Registration
All the Merit listed candidates who want to participate in counselling procedure for admission must register in due time in website of OJEE www.ojee.nic.in in MBBS/BDS admission section.

Choice Filling

The candidate has to submit his/her choice of course and college in order of preference as per schedule in the online site and lock the choice, if the choice is not locked due to some reason, it will be locked automatically when the shchuled time is over. College and course allotment on merit basis, can download the allotment cum admission letter and personally appear before the chairman on the notified date

Documents Verification

Originals will be verified and one set of self-attested photocopy has to be submitted, Candidate is advised to take back the original certificates after document verification. Nodal center will receive only photocopy of verified documents

Allotment of Seats

Allotment will be made sternly on basis of merit list of state made by OJEE and as per the candidate choice of subject and College locked, In 1st Round seat allotted to the candidate can decide whether participate in 2nd round or not, it willing to join shall participate for improvisation only. After taking admission in first round, if participated in second round but not getting any allotment in such case admission taken in 1st round is retained

The documents related to counselling & allotment must kept preserved by the convener till 30 Sept 2019 only
