Registration

The Eligible and interested candidates have to compulsory register online on the KEA website http://kea.kar.nic.in/ugneet2018.htm to participate in document verification for admission to Medical and Dental Courses 2018-19

Registration Process

Step1: Enter all details through Online by browsing URL on website kea.kar.nic.in by selecting UGET-2018 online registration after compete of entry all details of candidate will receive an application ID and password to their registered mobile number and email address & also same info displays on screen

Step2: Upload the scanned copy of recent passport size photograph, signature and Left Thumb Impression in JPG/JPEG format separately

Step3: pay the requisite fee in prescribed method

Step4: Take a printout of application form on A4 sheet and the same copy should be produced during the document verification

Verification Documents

The candidates who have qualified in UGC NEET 2018 Exam will have to get their original documents verified in Help Line Centre to be eligible for Option Entry for choice of allotment of Medical / Dental seat. Verification of certificates will be done as per the schedule notified afterward. The Candidate should confirm the serial number / rank ranges, date and time of verification before coming to helping center.

Mandatory Documents
1. The final print out of the Online Application Form.
2. Original Copy of the Challan for having paid the fees.
3. ‘UG NEET 2018’ Admission Ticket and UGNEET-2018 Score Card
4. SSLC / 10th Standard Marks Card
5. 2nd PUC / 12th Standard Marks Card
6. Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO / DDPI
7. TWO recent passport size photographs.

After verification of the original documents will be returned to the candidate. Schedule for Verification of Documents will be hosted on KEA website. Documents Verification will be conducted at Bangalore, Bijapur, Bidar, Belgaum, Dharward, Gulbarga, Hassan, Karwar, Koppal, Mysore, Bellary,Davangere, Mangalore, Raichur, Shimoga, Tumkur Helpline Centres

Option Entry

The Entry option will start only after certificate verification completed. Entry of options by candidate will start only after seat matrix notified by the Government. The particulars of College wise, Course wise and category wise seats available for allotment will publish on KEA website under ugneet2018 htm can download and print. The candidates who becomes eligible after verification will only consider for entry option. The candidate may enter the course or college of his choice from among the seats availability which displays at the time of entry option.

Seat Allotment Process

The allotment of seats will be held in two rounds and each round consists of three phases and each phase consists of number of iterations. It consists First Round of Seat allotment, 1st Phase of allotment, 2nd Phase of allotment, 3rd Phase of Allotment. Candidates have 4 choices after the allotment
