CBT Qualifying Marks: Min percentage of Qualifying marks for Eligibility UR-40%, OBC-30%, SC-30% and ST-30%.

RRB Group D CBT Exam Syllabus

a) Mathematics: Number system, BODMAS, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Mensuration, Decimals, Fractions, Time and Work; Time and Distance, Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Simple and Compound Interest, Square root, Calendar & Clock, Pipes & Cistern, Age Calculations etc

b) General Intelligence and reasoning: Analogies, Coding and Decoding, Relationships, Directions, Similarities and Differences, Syllogism, Conclusions and Decision making, Jumbling, Alphabetical and Number Series, Analytical Reasoning,Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Mathematical operations, Classification, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions etc.

C) General Science: syllabus under this shall cover Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences of 10th standard level

d) General Awareness on current affairs in Science & Technology, Personalities, Economics, Sports, Culture, Politics and any other subjects of importance.

RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who had passed CBT, Such candidates Shall be called for PET Two times. Passing PET is a mandatory. Note persons with disabilities as per described in notification Para 11.0 are exempted for PET.

Male: Able to lift and carry 35 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in single attempt. Should be able to run 1000 Meters (1 KM) in 4 Minutes 15 Seconds time

Female: Able to lift and carry 20 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in single attempt. Should be able to run 1000 Meters (1 KM) in 5 Minutes 40 Seconds time
